Although the break down and plan is good the proposal is no different to when we talked about it in London. I'm still not liking it at all.
I don't think George Orwell style artwork - or artwork that is found on GO books, we should say, is right for your FMP. It has been done some many times. Even a programme like Big Brother updated the image and avoided the cliche.
This is seems like the easy route. If you insist on doing this subject I would suggest you explore different angles.
Hello my name is Mario Gerroni. I currently study Graphic Design at Birmingham Metropolitan College. I aspire to be a designer because graphic design is a very expressive matter, which challenges me as a visual communicator every day. It isn’t a subject, but a way of life. Everywhere I look I see signs and symbols, communicating messages to audiences. I believe it is one of the oldest professions in the world, which has evolved with advancements in technology.
To this point I have learnt a lot about graphic design and how historical artists and movements inspire and enthuse designers of the day. Influential designers to me would be Jon Burgerman, David Carson and Johnny Hardstaff. These designers are heavily referred to and there work is contemporary, inspiring and is also clearly influenced by historical movements.
